<>Textbook:  Statistics, McClave & Sincich, 10th edition. (First nine chapters)
Calculator:  TI-83 or TI-84.

 

Grading:  10 % homework average, 10 % quiz average, 50 % test average, 30 % final  exam grade.

 

<>Homework:  Homework will be assigned on Wednesday and is due the following   Tuesday during lab.  You should have an opportunity to discuss homework    problems in lab before submitting the assignment.  Late homework will not be accepted.

Quiz:  A weekly quiz will also be given during lab.  No make-ups will be given.

Tests:  There will be three tests given during the course of the semester.  If you miss a test, you had better have a very good reason & considerable substantiative evidence.

            Test 2:  Mar. 21, 2006

            Test 3:  Apr. 25, 2006

Final Exam:  This is the common final exam for all 111 sections.  It will be given on

                        FRIDAY, MAY 5     FROM 3:00 P.M TO 6:00 P.M.
