Applications are invited for a visiting assistant professor position to begin in the Fall 2008 semester. The appointment will be for three years, and carries a teaching load of one course per semester. Candidates are sought in the field of applied mathematics. This position is subject to final university determination on funding.
Candidates for this position must have a PhD in mathematics or computer science, and must demonstrate research excellence as well as having a documented history of excellence in teaching. More information about the department can be found on its home page http://www.math.tulane.edu
