Most of the recipes are vegetarian and the rest are vegan. They are all coming from cookbooks, with or without variations
of my own.
In no way I am taking credit for them.
Tbs= tablespoons.

Some easy-to-make teas to activate your agni (digestive fire):
These teas of most powerful either on an empty stomach or before going to bed.
1_ Grated ginger (as much as you want) and juice of one lemon: boil the water and ginger for 10-15 minutes, remove
from heat, then add lemon.
2_ Grated ginger, cayenne pepper, juice of a lemon.
3_ Grated ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper, juice of a lemon.
4_ Grated ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin, coriander, dash of salt, a little bit of sugar (for taste),
asafoetida: add the asafoetida and lemon after removing
the pot from the stove.
Some of these teas may seem to be kind of "soupy", but if you do try them your tummy will soon thank you.
