Grading policy: Unreadable or disorganized work will not be graded. All works must be shown, a bare answer never suffices.

Your grade will be based on the sum total of your scores on mid-term exam, homework and the final. You will fail the course if you get either less than 250 in total or less than 75 on the final.
Mid-term xam: One in-class exam will be held during class meeting time on Wed. February 23. There is no makeup for the exam unless the student informs me well ahead with legitimate reasons, or it is under extreme circumstances.
Homework Three sets of homework will be given during lectures. These problems are to be treated as if they were a take home test, and besides any class discussion we might have about them, you should discuss them only with me. Homework handed in after the due date will not be accepted.
Final Exam: Thursday, May 5, 1:00pm-5:00pm.
